Rapid Develop and Produce Prototypes

We have a dedicated team specialized in the design, research, and development of hydraulic cylinders and parts.  They are familiar with the technical standards of America and Europe and experienced in product design and reverse engineering.  When we begin each new project, our team carefully identifies our client’s demands and then works to accurately design, analyze, and verify a custom solution for them using state-of-the-art software and methods.  This allows us to rapidly develop and produce prototypes that are a perfect fit for our customers.

                                                                                                     Re-Engineering for Cylinder
Reverse engineering is the process of analyzing and studying an existing product to understand its design, structure, and functionality. It involves extracting information from physical models (such as 3D scans) and using that data to create digital models for redesign or manufacturing. Here are some steps involved in reverse engineering.

1. Data Acquisition: Obtain a physical model of the hydraulic cylinder. This could be an actual hydraulic cylinder or a part of it.

2. 3D Scanning: Use advanced 3D laser scanners to capture the hydraulic cylinder’s three-dimensional data. These scanners create a point cloud representing the surface geometry.

3. CAD Modeling: Convert the 3D model into a digital CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model. This step involves creating accurate dimensions, surfaces, and features.

4. Design Optimization: If needed, modify the CAD model to improve performance, reduce costs, or address specific requirements.

5. Manufacturing: Use the CAD model for CNC machining, 3D printing, or other manufacturing processes to create a new hydraulic cylinder based on the reverse-engineered design.
